Started by James Joseph, a leader in commercial real estate, Trinitas Creative has taken the publication to new heights. What once was a newsletter consisting of a few pages is now a 24-page full size newspaper reaching a readership of over 30,000 investors each month. Trinitas Creative is responsible for the design, layout, and ad creation of the newspaper. In addition to that, Corey Bogardus fromTrinitas Creative also writes a Golf Review section each month for the publication.

Client: Hills & Heights
24-Page Monthly Newspaper

As the Investment Property Update became more and more successful, others were looking to capitalize on its success. A team of agents approached Mr. James Joseph asking if he would be willing to syndicate the IPU. After the two sides agreed, the Hills and Heights was born in the Summer of '08. Similar to the IPU, the Hills and Heights is a 24-page newspaper targeting residential real estate along with commercial real estate. This monthly publication is also produced entirely by Trinitas Creative.

Golf Course Review Blog

As Trinitas Creative continues to produce the Investment Property Update and the Hills & Heights, many of the readers appreciate the variety of articles that the publications offer. One of those is the Golf Review section. After deciding that our target audience would benefit from a Golf and Travel section, Corey Bogardus (an avid golfer), offered to write a monthly article relating to golf and golf course reviews. Since this section of the paper was well received, the Southern California Golf Course Review was put online at www.SoCalGolfing.blogspot.com.
